The conventional and digital nyloflex ACE NEW printing plates, a product from Flint Group Flexographic Products, was launched in July 2012. The high durometer flexographic plates are available for use in flexible packaging, corrugated preprint, beverage packaging and label printing. The new plates are well suited for solvent-based inks as well as water- and UV-based inks. The company says that its customers report the ACE NEW digital plates run up to 500,000 meters without cleaning stops.
